Working with me
I am calm. I nurture and work to understand your perspective and perception of what is going on because that is important. I am warm and caring and do not judge you. I believe it is important to experience connectedness in this process.
I am playful. I believe humor, joy and fun are essential to life and help us work in the painful areas.
I am creative. I can work in both expressive art and expressive verbal thought. I believe that the relationship is unique and each person comes to understand themselves in a special and unique way. As no two people are alike, neither is the journey they encounter.
Couples Therapy
When communication breaks down, even everyday moments can start to feel tense, distant, or exhausting. You may feel stuck in the same argument, disconnected from one another, or unsure how to repair trust and closeness.
In couples therapy, we work to understand the patterns underneath the conflict so you can communicate more clearly, feel heard, and rebuild connection. The goal is not simply to argue less, but to create a relationship that feels steadier, safer, and more supportive.
Individual Therapy
Many adults reach a point where they are outwardly functioning but internally overwhelmed. You may be juggling children, marriage, work, logistics, emotional labor, or a difficult season of life that few people fully see.
Therapy offers a space to talk honestly, fel understood, and begin making changes that support your emotional well-being, relationships, and sense of self. You do not have to wait until things fully fall apart to get support.
Parenting and Family
Parenting can bring worry, guilt, conflict, and helplessness — especially when a child is struggling or family life feels tense and chaotic. It is easy to wonder whether you are missing something or whether things will keep getting harder.
Together, we can look at what is happening in your family system, strengthen communication, reduce reactivity, and create healthier patterns at home. Parents often feel relief simply having a place to think clearly and respond more intentionally.
Children and Teen
Children and teens often show stress in ways that are confusing to the adults around them. You may be seeing sadness, anger, withdrawal, school issues, behavioral changes, or difficulty adjusting to family transitions.
I work with children and teens in developmentally appropriate ways and collaborate with parents to help restore connection, understanding, and support around the child.
Infertility and Life Transitions
Some seasons of life carry private grief, uncertainty, or pressure that is hard to explain to others. Fertility challenges, identity changes, role shifts, loss, and major family transitions can leave you feeling isolated and emotionally exhausted.
Therapy can help you process what you are carrying, understand your reactions with more compassion, and find steadier footing in a difficult season.
